At Umary Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you appropriately.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@buyumary.com to obtain a return authorization.

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are exempt from being returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at support@buyumary.com We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
